Hybrid Course

Our Hybrid Course allows athletes to start learning how to training themselves so they can see constant growth in their games even when they are in the gym completely alone. Hybrid Participants will receive weekly homework including drills, game breakdowns and will only be required to attend 2 training sessions per month. This course is not about training more it is about finding problems and being given the time in between each workout to fix them. It’s about teaching our athletes to become solutions oriented individuals and experts in problem solving and analyzing their games on the court.
